Patriot Pools South Florida is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our Ft. Lauderdale Office.
This is a fast-paced position. We’re looking for a team member who can multi-task, is a problem solver, and doesn’t shy away from conflict resolution. Good attendance and punctuality are a must.
Compensation: $18 - 20 per hour, Paid Weekly
Shift:
Monday - Friday (8:00 to 5:00)
Every Saturday (12:00 to 5:00) - Sunday & Monday off
Skills/Experience Required:
2+ years of Office Admin experience, preferably in a field service industry.
Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Windows 10.
Duties:
Answering and routing customer calls is the number one priority.
Follow up on projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Report any customer issues or concerns.
Other general clerical duties as needed
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, customers and staff.
