**Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record**

This is a role for an experienced Swimming Pool Service Tech with 2+ years experience. This position will be a leadership position culturally within our company. We need a pool professional who wants to use their knowledge and experience to help cultivate a winning team of Pool Service Techs.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years as a Pool Service Technician.
• Clean driving record and 3 years of driving history.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes.
• Customer service skills.
• Dependability and Professionalism.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.

Job Responsibilities:

• 100% field-based position.
• Most important responsibility is route coverage for techs who are out.
• No permanent route.
• Handles all Turnarounds, Green-to-Cleans.
• Handles Quality Control Follow-ups and CYA drains.
• Handles elevated on-site customer meetings.
• Prepares in-person quotes.
• Supports the Service Team in various areas as necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record.

Compensation — Salaried position and is paid weekly. $52,000 - 55,000 annually.
