Magnolia Pools is hiring a Swimming Pool Supervisor/Trainer to help us #elevatetheindustry!

Job Duties:

• Oversees pool cleaners.
• Assist and coordinate routes.
• Resolve all customer complaints / issues.
• Perform spot checks at properties.
• Trains new techs on service.
• Perform corrective action as necessary with proper record keeping.
• Check trucks for cleanliness and routine maintenance.
• Training on-site when needed.
• Assist with inventory, staging and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of pool service tech experience.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Dependable and patient.
• Willing to teach and mentor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of pool equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving history and clean driving record.

Compensation: Hourly position - paid weekly. $20-$23 per hour.
