You will be provided a vehicle and tools to manage your route, service, clean, and balance pool chemistry for your customers’ pools.

Job Duties:

• Test water and add chemicals as needed.
• Empty skimmers and pump strainer.
• Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor.
• Brush steps, walls and tiles.
• Skim debris off surface.
• Check pool equipment.
• Backwash filters.
• Record work performed.
• Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of verifiable driving history & a clean driving record.
• Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques.
• Proper use of swimming pool chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload.
• Dependability and trustworthiness.
• Attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work outdoors during all seasons.

Compensation: Paid weekly. $18 to $22 per hour.

Sign On Bonus: For Pool Service Technicians with 1 year experience or more.

$500 after 90-day review in good-standing & $500 after six months of active good-standing employment.
