You will provide pool cleaning and service expertise to your customers on a weekly basis. You will be provided a vehicle and tools to manage your route, service, clean, and balance pool chemistry for your customers’ pools. You will bring smiles to your customers each week!.

You should have a valid driver’s license, a positive attitude, be customer oriented, and a team player.

Job Duties

• Test water and add chemicals as needed
• Empty skimmers and pump strainer
• Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor
• Brush steps, walls and tiles
• Skim debris off surface
• Check pool equipment
• Backwash filters
• Record work performed
• Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Valid Driver’s License, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record
• Dependability and trustworthiness
• Attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems
• Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques
• Proper use of swimming pool chemicals
• Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload
• Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors during all seasons

Compensation – This salaried position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on the job training and all the tools to be successful. Starting pay will depend on experience. $38K-$40K
