MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE 1+ years experience as a pool repair technician, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a high degree of mechanical aptitude and strong swimming pool operation systems knowledge. Familiarity with the different manufacturers/brands of equipment. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work efficiently with little oversight, and willing to communicate and share knowledge and insight with customers tactfully and respectfully while presenting a professional image. You must be dedicated to meeting deadlines, possess strong customer service skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills, and effective organizational skills. **Must be RAIL Certified **

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

As a Repair Technician, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote Company values and customer care
• Have an excellent working knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment functionality and the ability to explain it to the client.
• Ability to troubleshoot repairs
• Have a working knowledge of pool plumbing and electrical wiring for pool/spa heaters and heat/cool pumps.
• Complete daily records of work performed
• Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Manage daily schedules with repair staff to ensure efficiency
• Work with office staff to ensure a high degree of accuracy with regard to accounting and billing
• Improve processes and come up with innovative ideas to help us grow to the next level
• Explain needs to customers and get approval for any repairs needed
• Perform all duties with a customer and safety-first mindset
• Manage customer care issues and complaints
• Professionally present yourself always
• Have a great attitude!

Compensation –This salaried position is paid weekly. Based on experience. You will receive paid on-the-job training and all the tools to succeed. Starting pay will depend on experience.

$35K-45K plus commission.
