Job Duties:

• Strong working knowledge of pool chemistry and the ability to explain it to the client.
• Ability to troubleshoot repairs and explain needs to customers. Get approval for any repairs needed.
• Working knowledge of pool plumbing and electrical wiring for pool/spa heaters and heat/cool pumps.
• Complete daily records of worked performed.
• Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Manage daily schedules with repair staff to ensure efficiency.
• Work with office staff to ensure high degree of accuracy in billing.
• Improve processes and come up with innovative ideas to help us grow to the next level.
• Perform all duties with a customer and safety-first mindset.
• Manage customer care issues and complaints.

Qualifications:

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of verifiable driving history & a clean driving record.
• 1+ years of experience as a Pool Repair Technician.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude and strong knowledge of swimming pool operation systems.
• Familiarity with the different manufacturers/brands of equipment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with little oversight.
• Willingness to communicate and share knowledge and insight with customers in a tactful, respectful manner while presenting a professional image.
• Dedicated to meeting deadlines, possess strong customer service skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills.

Compensation: Hourly position - paid weekly. $20 to $25 hourly
